Join us for the Gairdner Global Perspectives Panel, "The Microbiome: from Planetary to Microbial Scale"

Happening Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 1:00-2:30 pm for a full-scale survey of the role of the microbiome in human health and the role of humans in a microbial world.

Leading experts Brett Finlay, Amber Benezra and Samira Mubareka join Gairdner Early Career Investigators Sarah Elton, Abiola Olaitan and Artem Babaian to share knowledge on how our understanding of microbiota is being applied in immunology, cancer and experimental systems, what this means for human populations scientifically and ethically, and how our complex relationships with our micro and macro environments shape us.
